Originally written by Luacine Clark Fox in 1961, the song had a lasting impression on the pianist. Love One Another is a song Cardall’s parents taught him and his siblings as children. “I’ve been recording music for more than two decades and always wanted to do this song, but I didn’t feel it was time yet,” said Cardall. The song was arranged and performed for piano.

Forbes writes of Paul Cardall, “His music creates an atmosphere where you can unwind, ponder, meditate. It can help people access spiritual feelings and peaceful emotions.”

“September Winds” is an original, introspective composition by Paul Cardall. “The idea was to capture the emotions of the September equinox,” explains Cardall. “Composing is my form of journaling. The compositions on this album feel like they are autobiographical. I went into the studio without any preconceptions, but I knew I wanted to experiment with a minimalist approach of classical piano style. It’s introspective with exquisite melodies accompanied by soothing string arrangements. The music is deeply emotional, particularly because our world is in commotion and music has the power to heal hearts. I try to utilize the space between the notes like our lungs expanding in and out, our hearts beats pointing in and out, flowing with a perfect yin yang.” Cardall adds, "September 9th is the 12th anniversary of my heart transplant. September 11 is the 20th anniversary of 9/11, and with all that's going on in the world, I wanted to compose a piece offering hope and light amidst confusion and darkness."
